It's always a trip to see the first Blair. It's so odd how different they made her w/ kassie. Mia was really good as Blair. Anyone know why she left the show was it her choice or did they fire her ? Or just write the character off. I know kassie actually tried out for Tina & they decided to make hee Blair. I don't know if Malone created Blair or Paul Rauch but Malone was always in love w/ gone w/ the wind & he saw Blair as Scarlett & Luna as Melanie plus Malone loved his southern characters being from no. Carolina & he was a novelist & prof at Duke b4 coming to oltl. So I think his style w/ the firm wonderful hand of Linda gottlieb made this show excellent. Late 91 to 94 when gottlieb left & Co head writer Josh Griffith left was such brilliant writing & production was so amazing it rivaled primetime & movies.
