Google says around $150. I would rather have this than the soda stream. It has a water filter and no need for the hard plastic bottle the soda stream uses.

Soda stream is different. With the soda stream you press the button as many times as you want to carbonate the water in the bottle you attached. I would guess this one allows you to adjust the amount of co2 added to water as it poured.
