I have a dilema. If I want to use this metal cover for a video presentation (just theoretically), do I still have to pay royalties to TSFH for the original, or do the royalties go to Megaraptor, who covered it? I'm not asking for the price, I just want to clear some thoughts. I'm most likely not going to purchase licence for usage, at least not in nearest future. I am just curious. Thank you :)

You don`t need to worry about that since youtube will demonetize/direct half of income automaticly to the right holders. Half of that goes then to TSFH and half should go to me (but i am not sure of my cut since youtube does not work always right). I have paid for license to sell this my version on Spotify, iTunes etc. And TSFH get royalties from those then too.

Yes i have and one time i already had them in spotify but then copyright-problems came aboard, spotify have more tight rules for that stuff than youtube and i learned it hard way.
