I have not visited Penzance for at least least 5 years. Before that at least twice a year. Always found the station rather gloomy and run down,hope it has improved.

It’s weird to see my own town from a perspective of a newcomer. It is a great place truly. Also st michaels mount can be accessed at low tide when the path surfaces to it in Marazion beach

Hi I was there in the early 1980s, cup of tea and an Eccles cake was available, out the station up the road was the most delicious Cornish pastie, butchers come coffee shop. Navy diver’s favourite at the time R
