If Caleb's revenge plan hadn't failed, he would not have stuck around. Faith had lots of time to reconnect with Caleb, she didn't, so him not meeting her, is not solely on Cain.

Someone knocked before entering in. 😅 Anyhoo. It seems they will make up next week. I hope that this time it will last (at least longer that last time) as they make a pretty good team. Together they could be unstoppable. It's very clear that Cain does care about Caleb after all. Kinda sad for Caleb that Faith didn't really care about him. She didn't mention him even a once, not even when she was dying. She didn't want to try to search him before dying.

We don’t really know what Faith was thinking tbh. One thing about her is that for all her faults and mistakes, she always tried to protect her family. Even by leaving Chas and Cain as children, she thought she was protecting them by doing that. Maybe it was something similar with Caleb? She didn’t want to mess up his life how she believed she messed up Cain and Chas’? Better to fix her mistakes then create potential new ones.

Give him a fair chance of being your brother Cain. Faith was his mother too you know. Despite Frank Tate being his father but Caleb is really trying. Look how he mended his sibling relationship with Chas. He's trying to do the same thing with you Cain. Caleb is half Tate and half Dingle. Meaning Faith would have wanted you, Caleb and Chas to get on well with each other as brothers and sister. Yes he made a mistake having that one night stand with his cousin Charity Dingle but you can't talk either Cain when you did the exact same thing with Charity who now shares daughter Debbie Dingle with. Dingles are Dingles and Tates are Tates. But Caleb is doing this because he just wants to be your brother and he's been wanting to do that since the day you two met while you Cain were working on that car in the garage. And I hope that what Caleb said to you Cain gives you something serious to think about when it comes to family. Because despite all that happened past and present future. Family is everything. And it's incredibly important that family stick together no matter what. My issues with my family are totally different. Compared to Cain and Caleb's but mending broken bridges with siblings is most definitely important. I'm still doing the mending bridges part with my brothers but the horrible things that happened in the past is never forgotten about. But having my brothers in my life is that all it would take then I would do it. Not for my husband's sake but for my twin children's sakes since my brothers are their uncles and my bio mum is their bio grandmother. So yeah. Healing bridges that were broken because of hatred and jealousy and abandonment etc is also part of the healing process of forgiveness but not forgetting the past which is still very much there but locked away where it belongs. But Cain and Caleb's sibling rivalry and hatred and jealousy towards each other ain't good and needs to be heal and become the brothers that Faith Dingle would have wanted them to be.
