My theory was it was gonna be some random like Chole that made no sense, but would be "shocking" in the writers' minds. But I like your theory a lot better, Gabby makes a lot of sense and it's not someone that people are assuming like Cain, Mack, or Will. Plus she will be protected by Kim and the fact that she's a young mother who was conned and made a fool of by Caleb.

I don’t feel bad. Whether everything he told everyone in the village was true or not it doesn’t get him off the hook. Yes everyone is hypocritical judging and shunning him but they all had to go through it every time they messed up. Why should he be let off the hook? Everyone had to go through it so I really don’t feel sorry. Give it a few weeks or just sympathy from him getting pushed will get him in the good graces of everyone so it’s not that big of a deal
