I think the Indoraptor has a ability that no one paid attention to: regeneration. Remember when Owen shoots the Indoraptor three times? Well when the Indoraptor gets up, the bullets that were in it came out of his skin, like they were falling out of his skin. So maybe if he gets hit with the the acid blood, he could regenerate. Maybe the only reason he died was because the horns hit vital organs

The xeno at least imo was quite underpowered here. Yes, the indoraptor is intelligent and larger than the xeno but the xeno is much more agile and all it would have to do is jump on top of the indoraptor and use it’s inner jaw to bite through it’s skull or use its tail to impale it. Given the intelligence advantage of the Indo I'd imagine it's success rate vs the xeno would improve with each subsequent victory, perhaps learning to break their neck swiftly with its size advantage as a raptor is seen using this strategy in JP3. Doesn't the Indoraptor have a thick skin as well which can withstand bullets so the Xenomorph's tough exoskeleton doesn't mean he has an advantage over the Indoraptor. Plus as another fact the Xenomorph has some large tubes on it's back which I think are used for breathing and don't contain any acid blood and they have holes in them as well meaning the Indoraptor could see that there was no acid blood in there so he would probably rip off the tubes killing the Xenomorph.

Main issue with this outcome is that due to the acid blood of the Xenomorph, the Indoraptor really has no way of actually killing the alien without causing likely fatal damage to itself, we are shown in the first Alien movie that a small spurt of blood from a facehugger is capable of burning through multiple decks of a spaceship at an alarmingly rapid rate, up the scale to full blown arterial bleeding from an adult xenomorph applied directly to the face or torso and I don't think it's unfair to say that would undoubtedly be lethal in fairly short order. If you die in the process of killing the other guy then that isn't a win, it means you both lost, the Xenomorph simply wins by relative default here since there's vastly more ways for it to survive the encounter than there is for the Indo (who due to the requirement for it to endanger itself in the name of inflicting damage on the Xeno almost always runs the risk of any attack proving suicidal, even if the injury inflicted isn't lethal to the Xeno). Other things also ignored/omitted: 1- Xenomorphs in-universe tend to be vastly more numerous than the Indoraptor is in it's universe (thus group tactics would be an issue). 2- The Xenomorph wouldn't necessarily be aiming to kill the Indoraptor (unless it posed a threat to the hive itself), instead preferring to incapacitate it for use as a host. 3- While 3 tonnes of crushing force is certainly excessive, the Alien's exoskeleton, shown to be largely impervious to anything short of explosive ammo (as per the marine loadout in Aliens) would likely still offer a fair amount of resistance to the natural weapons of the Indo (also remembering that it's exoskeleton also seem to allow it to survive the vacuum of space along with terrestrial atmospheres, meaning it must have a great deal of resistance to pressure at the very least).

What if the indoraptor pulled off the xenomorph's limbs instead? I'd imagine it can, being a hybrid that was literally programmed for killing. Also, the imdominus rex was able to convince velociraptors to work together with it for a while, and since the indoraptor is similar to the imdominus in many ways, it can probably do that too. The indoraptor can probably also endure some of the xenomorph's hits, because it has bulletproof skin. Except for the acid.

Depending on the cast a drone would probably win and a warrior Xeno would in a stomp, the thing scales walls like a bug, it has insane dexterity and agility, it can basically camouflage and hide in near any inviroment, its insanely strong, it can attack from range, and its blood is almost a guaranteed win. If the indo bites it its head melts, either xeno wins or both die. I imagine the xeno getting on its back and one shotting it via head bite to the back of the skull before the indo even knows what's happening.

The Indoraptor can not only see in the dark but can also use echolocation by clicking it's toe claw, any stealth advantage the Xeno would have is nullified by these. The Indo is easily powerful enough to break the Xeno's exoskeleton though the acid blood would inevitably kill it, resulting in both combatants dying. That acid blood is cheap as hell lol.

With acidic blood that can burn through several layers of thick steel sheets (Alien), the Indoraptor should not be able to bite it without getting severally burned, and considering that it can burn through steel, I'd say it would most likely die of blood loss. The Xenomorph is definitely more agile, the Indoraptor is pretty clumsy compared to it, not to mention it lacks armor of any kind. And if were to get a hit on the Xenomorph, the Xeno would use its blood as a weapon, which it has been shown to use. I'd also argue the Xenomorph is more intelligent than the Indoraptor, but the Indoraptor does have regenerative powers. But id say that the Xenomorph would kill the Indoraptor

The big advantage the alien has is his acid blood. Theres no way to win in a hand to hand combat. You might kill the alien but die at the end. The first hit with the claws the raptor lands on the alien is going to melt his claws and maybe the hand...one limb less. the alien can try hit the indo with its tail from afar..
