I found determining the winner slightly hard, because _Baryonyx_ was (actually) slightly larger, had better claws, and a stronger bite, while _Allosaurus_ was faster, more agile, and its bite was built more for hunting. I personally think _Allosaurus_ would win, 80% of the time, because 90 is too high.

Allosaurus will win, it was bigger and had more weapons, 60/40. This is using a 2100kg Bary vs a 3900kg Allo. Edit: 90% is flat out ridiculous, Baryonyx can still hold it's own against Allosaurus, it's not a flat out face stomp.

yes your right , Mapusaurus was a little bit bigger , but i have read a female rex can reach 15m and more lengh. But when this is not true (we all dont know that exactly) was a Rex 12 m long , Mapusaurus was 12-13m long. Rex was very Bulky and Strong , his brain was one of the biggest from all dinosaurs. His Eyes was better than human eyes and his sense of smell was the second best of all animals. Mapusaurus was faster he was not Bulky like Rex but not so strong.That is not a Westler fight or something else. Both are animals. Both try to let the other one flee before it comes to fight. Rex was i think very aggressieve and attack maybe first. The First attack from Rex is very difficult for a massive animal like Mapusaurus to dodge. Than attack maybe the Mapusaurus to unterrupt the rexs attack. But here is the fact when a Rex hit one bite , than was that the end. But Mapusaurus need more hits than one. I Think so good not 80% but 65 -70% woud win Rex the fight for his Eyes and his fight experence , but when it is a Rex without Fight Experence yes.. that is difficult to say.^^

Tasfariel The biggest ever found and also full completet Skellet of an T-Rex was an Adult with 12,5 Meter long so it wasn't that smaller than Mapusaurus. But Mapusaurus was an better Hunter Dinosaur than T-Rex. And if T-Rex would Attack first Mapusaurus would probably doge the Attack and Try to figure the weakness point of T-Rex out. I Think that there is an 50/50% Chance for both to win. The winner is probably the One who Get a Hit at the Opponent.

90%?? thats insane... allo was on average 8,5 meters long not 10 to 12... thats trex territory this would be 60% for allo not freakin 90 this is putting a lion vs tiger not tiger vs hyena, both almost same size allo weighing more(tiger) then baryonx(lion) both would still inflict some good damage, bite force isnt everything, exept when you're trex, then you're on another level. but no if the one bites the other it doesnt matter that much how bite force then can generate, not with these two. baroncxwas a spinosaurid but they are believed to eat a lot mote then just fish, i believe iguanadon bones have been found inside one of them( not sure) arms where pretty much the same, baryonyx using them more often, but allos arms werent that long to do the same thing that lions do to grip thier prey, allos arms didnt even reach furhter then its own head, not even close, maybe when ehe already grounded his prey he used them to lock it down but not for grabbing so 90??? hell no

+ Mega Top Tens Think of it this way, baryonyx = crocodile and allosaurus = leopard. If baryonyx got a good trip on allosaurus's neck it could grab allo and drown it in water. And if the allo somehow escaped it could grab baryonyx's neck keep on scratching its head and body and then the baryonyx will bleed out. BUT I think bary will win because like a crocodile, it waits for its prey, attacks it and drowns it. Crocs don't really go on land except for when they rest and cool off of heat up or for mating purposes.

I love Baryonyx so much, but I have to agree with the Allosaurus winning because the Allosaurus did live in packs while the Baryonyx live alone.

Eh, a Suchomimus would probably be a little more of a match for an Allo. Sucho teeth are actually sharp and curved which is unusual for a Spinosaurid. Sucho is also very close to the T-rex in length.

first of it wouldnt take place in deep water, baryonyx also doesnt live in deep waters, so a fight on land in way more likely to happen, but they didnt even live together. but in deep water the advantage wouldnt necaserrely go to baryonyx, its not like a croc, its still cant swim really fast or hold its breath for 2 minutes, in water it would be 50-50

Nah baryonix wins this by a bit. Barry's and allos have around the same body mass and weight with the Allo weighing a bit more, Barry has a 750-800 bite force in psi while Allo only has 400. Barry's has a hook in it's jaws meaning if it bit the Allo on it's neck or limb the Allo almost has no chance of breaking free. Barry's also has larger claws and a tighter turning circle.

Baryonyx and Allosaurus both are 2 tons in weight and Baryonyx can run at a speed of 50 KM/H. Allo's bite force is even weaker than a Lion. BBC EARTH says. Allo's bite force is 400 KG. Bary's bite force is even stronger at 775 KG. I'm not saying that Baryonyx will win but 90% for Allosaurus? That's kinda unfair dude. That animation, Allosaurus keeps biting and Baryonyx just looks at him? Imagine that someone is going on punching u so will u look at him like a dumb or protect yourself and fight back? It would be 60% for Allosaurus and not 90%.
