Thanks for the video, Baconweaver :D Btw, if you were to do a fire, firepit and all, I imagine you would have to set the tarp way higher so the fire doesnt burn it? or it wouldnt be under the tarp at all?
@MegaWoodswalker7 жыл бұрын
A bit higher but the most important aspect if not using a stove is wood selection. No Hemlock or White Pine for near tarps. Maple, Black Birch or Oak would be my target fuels as they spark less and in the case of Maple hardly at all. Hickory would work though sometimes it can spit a bit. Thanks for watching.

Another great one walker! Can't tell you enough how much I enjoy these videos. If your interested, you should try this marinade sometime for your chicken, be it wings or thighs etc. ( half cup of ginger-garlic paste, heaping tablespoon of chilli powder, 4-5 good shakes of ground cumin, and a teaspoon or so of salt) I've never actually measured, I just go to taste, but something about that marinade just sinks right into chicken like no other marinade I have ever found. If you enjoy Indian or south Asian flavours you will never stop using it I promise! Any luck finding a sabre grind knife?

I should have said the name of that knife. Sorry about that. The knife is an Enzo Trapper in 12c27 with 115mm blade. The SS takes and holds a nice edge plus is very rust resistant. The longer blade is nice and thick so makes for a fine batoning knife within the smaller Trapper model lineup. Thanks for watching.

I don't fish anymore (maybe again one day), but my Dad and brother here in PA fished stocked canals for trout the last four weeks and barely got anything. The river is stocked where they go, too, but it's easier to fish the canal where they go, but as I stated before, almost nothing.
