True, and she was more than happy to take that Duchess title, and still remind everybody to this day that she is a Duchess. Yet, because of her, both she and Harry lost the HRH in front of it. They only have the title of Duke and Duchess because it is given to them at the courtesy of the Monarch, and King Charles has the ability to strip them of those titles as well if so chooses. Meghan doesn't understand that marrying into the Royal Family means her character changes over time to become like their royal character, and not the other way around. they don't change to become like her. she is supposed to be learning about traditions, applying them, and practicing them to becoming British royalty. why didn't Harry tell her about that beforehand? instead, she's convinced Harry to follow her away from royal duties. This American feels grateful tonight that the Monteconceitos live in the USA. I watched some clips of their newest mockumentary and my revulsion grew to the physical level. I find it insulting what she said about the curtsying as far as Americans go.. I know how to curtsy properly, use certain silverware etc and I make minimum wage.
