Why has the IRS allowed them to form this charity in the first place. According to IRS rules, each charity is required to submit a very specific and narrow mission statement to describe their intended goals. The Archewell statement is a joke. "Show up and do good." It is also fraudulent to call it a foundation, when it does not qualify as such, and is a charity. They are basically attaching themselves to the work of others and claiming it. And how about the name. The public can't be trusted to see pictures of their kids, have them seen at any charity events, because these children are to have privacy - yet they named the Archewell deal after the mysterious Archie. They flew to Nigeria with signage promoting their charity during a time when it was in official delinquency status and not allowed to collect money. Pull the VISA and disband this fraudulent organization.

Problem is, the Governor of California will not do a thing, he already bailed them out once over them not paying the Archewell Foundation fees.
