I was born and raised in Germany and I've been married to my African American hubby for 21 yrs now. When I first came to the USA to meet his family, there was a awareness of our different culture and upbringing, so I asked my hubby everything I needed to know on how his family operates. I've learned as much as I could to make a good impression, so I would be respectful and thoughtful. His family wasn't royal, but I still cared enough not to step out of line and Meghan makes it seem like she had no knowledge on anything about the RF. It's the Royal Family for crying out loud, how could you not get enough info out of your man on protocol, on what to do and say in formal and private settings? Harry obviously didn't cate enough to show Meghan the ropes and it was his duty, his job and it could've saved them a lot of mishaps, a lot of clashes and misunderstandings. I don't get how these 2 operate 🤔 I just watched the first episode and I am done tbh. It's just for of the same whining, complaining, playing victim, re-telling of their love story and of course it took them like 17 min to start talking about Diana. That's all Harry has, his mom who he compares to Meghan and Diana was nothing like Meghan. It's so mind boggling and they have no self-awareness, no sense of who and what they are. In episode 1 she almost had me. The overall narcissistic overtones of this series is remarkable. If you have ever dealt with one, you know exactly what i'm talking about. The Queen, as a young woman, drove an ambulance through the streets of Britain during the German Blitz. Yes, real courage. The sniveling eunuch? Not so much. What sort, the sort that seeks fame and riches... Except, if anyone was oppressed, it was the Royal staff working under the petty tyranny of poor, black, Meghan. She was a militant, bully. Yeah well if william had behaved and respected! Meghan from the start. Then it would have be completely different. william just did NOT! like william and did not want Harry to marry her(for alot of personal reasons). But william was jealous of Meghan. Went to one of the top universities of the world in the top 100 list. william and kate's university almost does not appear now and than on that list. And william didn't like that. He would have preffered for Harry to keep being a bachelor.And do all the work. Whilst willy and kate could enjoy their family life with their three kids. I'm an American and I know that if I ever meet Prince William and Princess Catherine that I need to wear a formal dress, nice, clean shoes, hair looking nice, and to never, ever hug a royal. Cursty first, and only shake hands if he or she extends/offers his or her hand for a handshake. Also when visiting another country, (or even another state within the U.S. for that matter) it's wise to know the do's and don'ts before you visit so you're not perceived as rude. First impressions are so important in building good relationships, both foreign and domestic. As an actress who travels a lot, you'd think Megan would know this already from either common sense, college, or her publicist, or manager. And as a royal himself Harry should absolutely 💯 already know this.

Tbh, the notion that their public persona's aren't radically instantaneously different from their private ones just means Kate, Wills and the King aren't false and faking. I'm not sure why Markle is so surprised that there isn't a massive divergence in someone's character once the camera's stop and the doors close. I'm an American and this turns me off. Sharing about an awkward meeting with your in-laws is something you tell a close friend, not the whole world. This is family she is talking about - and her husband's only sibling. No family is perfect, and most people have some complaints about their in-laws, but you don't do this. It seems William's concerns over Harry being with Meghan have been fully realized.
