I am a marketer and have to imagine her PR team that was working on pulling this together were horrified and angry with her premature launch of ARO. Launches are supposed to be secretive and quiet so that you don’t give your plan away to your competitors. It allows you to create, build, and test the plan prior to launching. She is a nightmare client that does not respect her team or follow their advice. She has no business acumen as shown by no viable e-commerce site, lack of products, strategy, and pricing, no marketing materials or promotional/loyalty campaigns, serious branding, or anything viable. Collecting emails is one thing but you need to have a communications calendar to layer in messaging. Each email or text should drive an action from the consumers. The longer her email list is held without sending any message increases the likelihood of getting high Spam complaints and unsubscribes. Meghan’s blind attacks on the Wales is hurting ARO and her reputation.

Wasn't that heartwarming to see the Princess of Wales get a standing ovation at Wimbledon? It was heartwarming watching it from home, knowing she has been undergoing treatment for cancer, and possibly having to deal with the effect that her illness has had on her and her family. Even though she is a working royal and has a lifestyle that the vast majority of us cannot attain, her being there with her daughter and sister, working on overcoming a challenge that fate put in her path, she became so relatable to people. She doesn't have to whine and complain about how awful things were for her; she brought positivity to the event, despite her personal challenges. That's what people want to see and hear. Nobody wants to hear whining and complaining and talking about others behind their backs. Enough of that kind of behavior, and no matter what your marketing strategy, it will take a colossal, monumental effort to overcome the damage to the "brand".

I am actually an email marketing strategist. Out of that hundred thousand on that list I would say a majority are bots. Also her email server is not whitelisted or verified, which means most of the emails will end up in a spam folder. She also did not do a double opt in to prevent bot traffic. This is what happens when you hire interns to work for free.

I'm no expert in this area but a quick Google search suggests a person could make between $100 and $400 for every 1000 addresses. For 100k or so addresses it's not going to satisfy her greed for millions. $40k max if I did the math correctly. She'd need to successfully flog that list 25 times MINIMUM (using that $40k number) to hit a million. Maybe she wants to do affiliate marketing? Problem is she has no content, retailers don't seem to be competing for her to sponsor their products and she has no products to sell that she's created. She's delulu.

Meghan and Harry have no experience in this field. They couldn't organise a drinks party in a brewery. Even if trade marks are issued, Meghan has done nothing to source the products she hopes to produce and sell. That is a massive undertaking. H&M are fast running out of money. Their overheads are astronomical, whilst their income has dried up. That Montecito residence is costing them a fortune. I'd say they are heading for bankruptcy in the near future. The Archewell Foundation was declared "delinquent" earlier this year. It came about because no required financial reports were submitted. They scrambled to prep the reports, but their first penalty cheque was "lost in the mail". They sent a 2nd. Do they sound like professionals? NO!

Did you read all the USPTO rejections for trademark applications for companies trying to trademark “American Riviera” American Orchard” “Riviera” or “”Orchard”? Dozens of denials for similarity of name to current trademarks. No way she is getting a trademark. USPTO was very clear in their denials that “adding a third word to the trademark does not mitigate confusion with a current trademark.”

How does MM justify ‘launching’ edible products with no ingredient labeling? Baskets with lemons & jam jars with non-adhering labels is not the same as releasing a Press Kit. I watched an old clip from Shark Tank recently that featured a couple who operated a business selling food dips. They did pretty well, until the discovery was made that the product contained anchovies (an allergen for some) which was not disclosed in the ingredient list. 100k units of product were recalled and the dips were relabelled. Unfortunately, the damage was done and the company had to shut down. M has no clue what she's walking into. Even a rumor of a problem with a food product can destroy it forever.

Within just a few minutes after Harry accepted the Pat Tillman award at the EPSY's - both Megan and Harry WALKED OUT and LEFT the event! Incredibly rude and bad manners not to stay in their seat until the end of the event. Even worse, is when they both WALKED OUT and left the auditorium, they made a "big show" of their leaving the auditorium with their security entourage. If a celebrity is offered a prestigious award at a massive high profile event, then after you actually receive the award and make your acceptance speech, at the very least STAY in your seat until the very end of the public event! To "bolt" and immediately split within minutes of Harry accepting the award trophy both of these grifters split and left the event. Frankly it did not really surprise me. Neither of them have any remote credibile job skills and not talent. What Harry and Megan have reduced themselves to is a quickie "in and out job" where they show up for some cheezy award, and them immediately "bolt" split and leave. Badly done! Even worse, is Harry had the nerve to use part of his acceptance speech with meaningless FAKE "tribute" to Pat Tillman's mother. And of course, Harry mentioned his own mother - because he always monetizes and commercializes his mother to boost his own negative public opinion polling. If Harry had any genuine, credible, meaningful RESPECT for Pat Tillman's mother - he would have publicly agreed to NOT accept the award and step down from the ESPY event. THAT would have been a genuine effort to respect and honor Pat Tillman's mother! Way back in April, 2024 when Megan had the big public announcement that she was launching American Riviera Orchard, I actually visited her ARO website to check it out. Sort of out of "morbid curiousity" I did enter my email address, and YES, there was not even a quickie "Welcome Confirmation" email. Now it is the middle of JULY, 4 months later and I never received ANY follow up email newsletter. Look at the ARO website - it is a washed out, very blurry pale white with a touch of washed out pink. ZERO CONTENT on the home page - which does not even have a FAQ Frequently Asked Questions, in fact there are NO LINKS on the home page of the ARO website. No link to her ALLEGED line of merchandise (which does not exist), no link "About Us" - and no link to the non existant line of merchandise "Vision Statement". The Dutchess of Dog Biscuits has a one page meaningless ARO website and in reality there is NO MERCHANDISE LINE. Exactly in the same manner as Megans childrens book "The Bridge" which completely tanked and DID NOT SELL, exactly like Meghans cancelled streaming program "Pearl" because she never bothered to create ANY content. Exactly like the non existent alleged movie that was supposed to be in production "Meet Me At The Lake". Exactly like the failed podcast which was a huge flop, that nobody listened to and was CANCELLED by Spotify for lack of subscribers. The ONLY financially sucessful ventures created by Megan and Harry was the "Hatchet Job" crappy Netflix trash reality tv program and the putrid book "Spare" which I call "Oh, Spare Me". The only way M&H have been able to actually earn money is by trashing the royal family with character assassination, lies, libel and slander. Nobody will buy ANY more of M&H "tell all" books or trash reality tv. Megan was threatening to publish a book last year, but of course, it was never published, because no book publisher is willing to lose money on a book NOBODY will buy. And now that little weasel Omid Scobie has completely disappeared from public view. Omid Scobie fled the UK because he is loathed and he landed in Los Angeles, hoping to launch a new career as a trash celebrity news reporter BUT ZERO job offers. Even a sleazy channel such as TMZ will not hire Omid Scobie. H&M have, of course - ghosted and dumped Omid Scobie, which is the chronic patter of M&H - to use people for what they can squeeze out of them, and DUMP THEM, ghosted forever. I live in California and am a life long resident of this state. The vast majority of people in California are either completely not interested in M&H and are wholly indifferent to them OR feel strong dislike and disdain for M&H. I am so very tired of British media broadcasters predicting that Megan is "going to run for political office in California". All of us Californians are unanimous that Megan could not get elected Dog-Catcher in our state. We view her as not relevant or we actively dislike her. Truth be told, I never liked Samantha Markle or Thomas Markle, Jr. because of their overwhelming negativtiy and inability to demonstrate even a smidgen of good manners. Both of Megans half-siblings are "BOTTOM FEEDERS" and obnoxious, BUT I do have tremendous sympathy, compassion and empathy for Thomas Markle Senior. He is on a very slow decline and will probably soon pass away, never having seen his two grandchildren. And we all know, the day Megan's father dies, she will have NO COMMENT except to post her newest flavor of jam, dog biscuits and blather about a NON EXISTENT merchandise product, that will never actually be for sale. I feel so sad for Thomas Markle, Jr He reminds of me of an elderly, wounded bear, with a thorn in his paw. He is slowly dying and probably has very little time left. Megans stone cold heartlessness toward her father is the most shameful thing she did, next to her rudeness towards Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth when Megan deliberately made an over the top, rude "Fake Curtsey" on that crappy trash reality tv program on Netflix.....the overtly exaggerated Fake Curtsey - sneering and rudely doing "The Stink Eye" with saying "Oh pleasure to meet you, Your Majesty". Harry's polo program on Netflix will FLOP. There is no product line of merchandise for Megan to actually sell. Frankly, both of them are UNEMPLOYABLE and all they do is accept fake awards at meaningless events. I predict due to their lavish lifestyle, the money will run out within 5 years - then Megan dumps Harry and tries to clean his clock financially, and launches a brutal child custody battle against Harry. Then she goes back to some cheezy C List tv job as a "Suitcase Girl" on low level, obscure TV show.

I do think she (or Netflix) thinks this website could be tied to her cooking show at some point. Until that time, ARO serves as a press piece to keep her in the news and as a communication tool to send nasty messages to the RF. You can see her using ARO as a press tool in her recent claim that the King is sabotaging her business. She has nothing else to write about, so ARO provides oxygen for her "brand." (Such as it is). This allows her to keep her victimhood story alive since she is no longer in the UK. I don't think there will ever be many products. That would require building an actual business with a supply chain and delivery system. I don't see this happening.
