Meghan Markle is speaking out in the new promo from her and Prince Harry's Oprah Winfrey interview. In the latest teaser for Sunday night's 90-minute special, the Duchess of Sussex did not hold back when discussing the importance of speaking her truth. When asked by Oprah how she felt about “the palace hearing [her speak her] truth,” she replied, “I don't know how they could expect that after all of this time we would still just be silent if there is an active role that the firm is playing in perpetuating falsehoods about us. And, if that comes with risk of losing things? I mean, there's a lot that's been lost already.” “Oprah with Meghan and Harry: A Primetime Special” airs on March 7 at 8/7c on CBS.

If y'all don't know, an investigation like this typically is supposed to help the victims of bullying resolve the situation between them and the bully, and for the work place to prevent further incidences from happening. If the situation has resolved itself because the bully has left the establishment, what is the point of the investigation? It makes no sense from any managerial point of view. Not only that, it's irresponsible of the royal family to not order an investigation when the allegation first hit even if in private. Isn't it not taking care of their staffs properly to ignore complaints like that? I would infer that as meaning the welfare of their workers aren't looked after. Now I need to know how the staffs are doing in those palaces having bosses like these two and their rotten family. Also, if you don't know that you are supposed to listen and help people who are victims of bullying instead of waiting years before acting indignant, now you do. Be better.
