I'm actually a gluten free, dairy free baker. Like that's my job. GFDF Angel Food Cake is a new one I just tried. I made mine with potato starch and tapioca starch, but if you can't have either of those, I'm sure a very fine coconut flour would do!

You slice a watermelon into rounds (dried out slightly) frosted with a dairy free cream cheese frosting / stack & frost between the layers and decorated with berries & either walnuts, pecans or almonds ( whatever you prefer). Absolutely delish, was by far my favorite “cake”!
