People who are assuming this song is about skinny shaming need to listen to the song more carefully. She isn't shaming *anybody* who's a size two. The song is about loving yourself and loving who you are. The song is promoting body positivity, and I wish more songs were like that as well.
@aishadosanjh27810 жыл бұрын
She does say "skinny b*tches" though, just sayin
@pumpkinbi10 жыл бұрын
Aisha Dosanjh Yeah, I can agree that she could have used a better term to describe thin people. But for the most part, this song can be seen as very body positive. At least compared to most songs that are out these days.
@aishadosanjh27810 жыл бұрын
Yeah I completely agree don't get me wrong, and of course it's more the bigger people (please don't hate me for saying that word haha) that are being condemned, but yeah people do like to blame skinny people for causing this discrimination when we can't really help what we look like. For one I've been bullied for being too thin as I am 2 stone underweight, but there's not much I can do about that. This is a beautiful song, and there definitely needs to be more songs that promote self-confidence in the modern day community.
@Th3R3ALemilija10 жыл бұрын
Then what about the "no treble stuff" idk
@PrometheusReturns9710 жыл бұрын
after "skinny b*tches she says "i'm just kidding"... the "no treble" she is saying that SHE has no treble, but bass, not that it's a bad thing.. I don't know why people are so upset, she actually doesn't say anything bad about thin people, she is expressing that she is happy with her body and don't want men that want her differently. I agree Carsen, people are just hearing certain phrases and need to listen more carefully, she isn't slamming anyone.

I'm so sick of everyone criticising this song because they just feel like hating on someone. She's not saying that being fat is healthy, she's saying girls shouldn't be starving themselves to look 'pretty'. And she isn't saying skinny people are bitches, she's simply joking around. It's a fun and humorous song about people embracing who they are. She isn't trying to sound like a black person, she's singing in her natural voice. Everyone stop with the racist bull. And I find it so true what she's saying about the industry today with all that Photoshop and anorexic models, I mean, it's crap. Good on her for taking a stand.

I'm 62 and I think she is adorable and I do like the song. I don't understand the insulting comments and I feel those making them are insecure, attention seeking individuals. Ok. For all the dumb ones who are not paying attention to the lyrics, she is not promoting obesity. It is clinically proven that not everyone can be size five and below because of bone structure. She is simply saying be proud of who you are. Most people who are obese, have low self-esteems. This song builds those people up and gives them a song to dance to.

@@RizzyMacguire I'm 5'1 and 120 lbs, not many people call me fat.. I guess most people dont call 13 year olds fat because that's not a good thing to do, but people dont seem to realize that body types and metabolisms are different and that people gain or lose weight easier than others, same goes with muscle-building. *How are you sir? Sir, the present world is the world of knowledge and science. Sir, please finish reading this little man's writing. We are currently researching and discovering a lot of things. Let's think about a God, sir. That's how it can be. There is a Creator of all things. Which has no equivalent. Everything we see is His creation. Maybe some scientists don't believe in God. They say what we don't see.Why would we believe that. I want to tell them politely. Current science believes that they could not discover 1% of this universe. And they could not discover 99%. And NASA scientists believe that this 99% is not discovery and science. So tell me, sir, we have not yet discovered 1% of God's creation. So how do we discover God? And not being able to discover God does not prove that there is no God. Because science believes we cannot discover much of the world.And they say it's a science. You can tell now. So where is God? Sir, almost all the major religious texts of the world say that God is above all creation. He is not dependent on cars. Everyone is dependent on God. Simply put, there is a God above this world. Let's read our religious texts, sir. All those religious texts speak of one God.And God did not give birth to anyone, nor did anyone give birth to him. Because he is completely different from creation. There is nothing in the world like him. And Jesus was not God or the Son of God. And he never claimed to be the Son of God. And is the Qur'an. Sir, I can say with a challenge. There is nothing unscientific in the Qur'an and there is nothing inconsistent with science. Sir, according to UNSCO data, the religion of world peace is Islam.The word Islam means to believe in one God. These are my opinions. And everyone has the right to express an opinion. Sir, if I have said anything wrong in this article, please forgive me. And give your opinion. Thank you sir*

Let's leave the past, we were not with the old generations My beloved in humanity,💕💕 The child is weak in all aspects, he needs the protection and tenderness he receives from his parents or whoever raises him, so he becomes a role model and follows many of their customs, but perhaps there are bad habits such as favoritism in loving brothers, and since these habits are stored in the memory, they turn into instincts over time, but they can be controlled in adulthood when the mind develops or the person travels to a distant country, so if he changes his religion and is blessed with a son, the son follows his father's religion, so what is this wrong principle in choosing religion? This is the greatest evidence that God created for us the treasure of the mind and heart to know our religion when we grow up. The child is immature, perhaps he learns the religion of his parents. The mistake in procreation is natural for humans, and perhaps a child comes and his parents worship strange things. This is clear evidence that God created my heart and mind so that I know God. Spiritual happiness in a healthy heart is the most important happiness. It is eternal happiness. Eating and drinking contain happiness hormones. I have a suggestion: Complete a complete fast at sunset for ten days and go to the temple and imagine that you will die soon and repeat it and go to the mosque. The prayer is not difficult. It can be read in your language, where you will see where the peace and spiritual happiness in the heart directly from God. Where you will find that you should think about death. How many years will you live, more than a hundred years, and then die and go to the afterlife? The accounting is more important. Is it eternal hell or eternal heaven? Enter my channel you will hear a beautiful voice

Well, I think that the idea of being proud about your size is great, but she tread thin girls as bitches, that's why most people think that this song is awful... Sorry about my orthography, I'm Latin so, you know, I'm pretty bad speaking/writing in English. I hope this message could answer your question

chinwe ofonagoro she could be playing, but I think is not the kind of "jocks" that she should say on a song that looks for equality. I think, is not necessary...
