If you listen to it and go word for word. Does it count as listening and reading the Megillah in g-d's eyes??

The obstacle is that you can't really use electronics on the Holiday of Shavohut and therefore it will not count on that day. With that being said, practice makes perfect. Follow it a few times and you will find that you will recognize the word. Listening and following the words will work for other Megilot which you can read for yourself, such as Megillat Esther. (You will have to add the blessing before and after. Rabbi Weisblum answers this question on one of his Talmud classes. Hope this helps and enjoy the reading!
