Yep! FTC has been releasing 8 inch clothed figures for all kinds of licenses since the early 00s. For all their faults these Munsters figures are still worth picking up.

I'd love a follow-up video on transplanting these on to sturdier bodies. This video ruled. Subbed!

Thanks! I restrung the bodies shortly after making the video. A follow up isn't a bad idea though. 🤔

Very early attempt at a revival mego style toy line. The India bodies are notoriously fragile. The upside is the Munsters got a toy line with pretty good head sculpting. The bad news is decomposing figures that aren't very old. My favorite is obviously Grandpa Munster, type 2 fat bodies rule. Guess there's more Mego Monsters next week. Looking forward to it.

Oh yeah totally more monsters to go. But Grandpa Munster's body is actually very curious. The torso and pelvis are all one piece and the legs attach to that. I have re strung and repaired a few vintage fat bodies and this one is quite different. The more I keep looking at and having to repair these things, the more I realize I'm going to do an update video on the Munsters to talk about it.

Great video man! Yeah those bodies were made in India. So thats why its crap. But the line was a cool idea. Some body swapping and their cool!

Thanks! Yeah I was going to ask you about the body swapping. lol. Getting a replacement body for Eddie seems problematic. Are those the 6 inch bodies on CTVT?

I have the FTC Munsters. The quality is total crap. I'm thinking of popping off the heads and putting them and the clothes on better quality MEGO bodies.
