Hi! How exactly did you get it to turn on? Ours only ever shows the battery logo when we plug it in.

Hold down the button next to the charging port you'll see the battery level show up then u can start tapping the button and it will cycle through all the pre installed presets u can connect it to ur phone using Bluetooth to do more
