Eddie Runcorn I was just following the instructions of the product but yes normally it would be better to rinse the snowfoam before washing

Always. Loose crap lands on even the most seemingly clean car that gets scratched easily during contact wash in the heat.

What snow cannon are you using? I was in a rush and bought a cheap cannon (gun attachment) with this foam and it was rubbish

Nice review as always guys . You mention pre rinsing (pressure washing) the car to remove any loose dirt but isn't that the job of the snow foam, to loosen then rinse? Surly the foam clings better to a dry car than wet?

Hi, the snow foam is a prewash, you should not hand wash your car with snow foam on?? Also you should have two buckets for top and bottom. All you have don’t there is scratch that car.

You should try ‘Eight Below’ from Wax Planet. Easily the best snowfoam I’ve used. On par (if not better) than BH AutoFoam! Amazing dilution rates, cleaning power & value for money.

I don't see what's the point of using snow foam if you have to hand wash the car anyways. I thought snow foam replaced that part.

No Snowfoam was never designed to replace the hand washing part of the car. Snowfoam is a form of prewash. The purpose is for it to remove as much dirt as possible before you touch the vehicle for a contact wash. Therefore reducing the risk of inducing damage to your paintwork.

I do as follows: wheels/rims with a special rim cleaner and a brush, pressure water whole car, foam, wait drink coffee, pressure water whole car, then with 2 bucket method(one grid guard bucket for dirty water/one bucket for clean soap water) wash by hand, then pressure water then directly a towel to dry (avoid getting spots on the car). Then if needed window clean. The foamer saves time because pre soaking will get all the dirt loose and you can hand wash with single strokes and using just a little bit of soap and a good wash mit. Wash the wash mit if you see by eyes it gets dirty (blackish/brownish)
