If a judge can mandate the executive spend a certain amount of money then Trump can mandate the judge be removed. But we both know neither of these actions are Constitutional and unlawful. A judge can't order the executive to spend or not spend any monies under direct executive control.

I'm curious why Megan, as much as I like her, thinks that spending extorted "taxpayer" money on kids in Africa is ok. Not that extortion (euphemistically called taxation) is ever ok in any circumstance, but taxing Americans and sending that money to complete strangers outside of America isn't ok by a lot of people. Why not tax Americans at 100% and send it all to Africa, if it is so ok and beneficial? If somebody wants to help another person, let them do it voluntarily, and then I applaud them. Checks and balances is true in the Constitution. Co-equal branches is not. Article one is the most powerful because it is the closest to the people. Article 2 next and 3 last because it is the farthest from the people and why the founders put them in that order and why congress can by itself pass laws controlling the judiciary.
