Dil se shukriya aapka, Suman ji, Mehdi Hassan saab ki ek aur khoobsurat live performance saajha karne ke liye.!.. Jitni piyaari ghazal hai, utni hi khoobsurati se pesh kiya hai Khan saheb ne isei, raunaq-e-bahaar aa gayi sunn kar.. Iss ghazal ki marm sparshi shaayari, dil ko chuu lene waali hai...Kitna dard jhalakta hai in ash'aar mein.... Dil ki baat labo'n par laa kar ab tak hum dukh sahte hain..Hum ne suna tha iss basti mein, dil waale bhi rehte hain... Beet gaya saawan kaa mahina, mausam ne nazre.n badlee.n ..Lekin in piyaasi aankho.n se, ab tak aa.nsuu bahte hain Khan sahib ne apni ruhaani aawaaz aur dilkash adayegi se aur bhi ubhaar diya in dard bhare alfaaz ko.. Ek hame.n aawaara kehna, koyi baDaa ilzaam nahee.n..Duniya waale dil vaalo.n ko, aur bahut kuchh kahte hain... Mashooqa ki berukhi ke liye likhe ye sher dil ko chuu lete hain...Jin ki khaatir shahr bhi chho.Daa , jin ke liye badnaam huye...Aaj vahi hum se, bagaane begaane se rahte hain... Laajavaab shaayari, sangeet aur gaayiki se sushobhit iss ghazal aur Khan saheb ki makhmali awaaz ne rooh ko chuu liya...Har baar ki tarah madhosh kar diya, apni bemisaal gaayaki se, Khan sahab ne. Din ki shuruaat khushnuma kar dii aapne, Suman ji, itni naayaab ghazal sunvakar....Khush rahein.!..👍👌💐🙏

Mehdi Hassan Saab had a unique voice quality that No one had and No one has. Extremely different from rest of the world. I'am not sure but if Lata ji said his voice a Bhagwan's voice, she was absolutely correct in saying so. RIP Mehdi Hassan Saab. And thank you Suman ji for uploading

Habib Jalib is the poet here. Another luminary of shehr Lahore. Spent a lot of time in jail for opposing various dictators, was beaten by police in Regal Chowk for opposing Zia’s laws. Along with Ehsan Danish, was a stalwart in opposing any injustice. Was a fixture of Lahore Tea House on Mall Road near YMCA. جِن کی خاطر شہر بھی چھوڑا جِن کے لیۓ بدنام ہوۓ آج وہی ھم سے بیگانے بیگانے سے رہتے ہیں اُف، آخ وہ جو ابھی اِس رہگُذر سے چاک گریباں گُذرا تھا اُس آوارہ دیوانے کو جالب جالب کہتے ہیں
