It's a matter of great shame and profound regret that the great Mehdi Hassan Saab had to die in penury and we -- his fans on both sides of the divide -- have done the precious little for him when it mattered the most. It was, indeed.an unedifying spectacle having a bearing on his fans on both sides of the divide. It will continue to prick our conscience, if we have any, in the rest of our lives!

Ustad ji says ati komal gandhar is not there in this harmonium. This is because harmonium is mostly tuned according to equi-tempered tuning. A new type of harmonium is built by Dr. Vidyadhar Oke based on 22 shrutis. That harmonium can play all these ati komal type shrutis.
