Hey Di in order to make perfect fluffy batter take 3:1 of rice to urad dal ratio n soak 5hr:3hr respectively and separately soak poha 1cup and methi seeds 1table spoon for 15mins and grind rice n poha methi together and urad dal separately and mix both batters n rest for 7-8hrs add a 2pinchs of baking soda n salt as per your taste while preparing stirr well n make dosa 💜
