“راسخون فی العلم” کہتے ہیں کہ “کل”یعنی دونوں محکم اور متشابہ آیات (چونکہ) اللہ تعالی کی طرف سے ہیں،اسلئے ان کے معانی (تاویل) میں کوئی فرق نہیں،(لو کان من غیر عند اللہ --)یعنی کسی بھی متشابہ آیت کا وہی معنی درست سمجھا جائے گا جو محکم آیات یا پر(یا آیت کے مطابق ہو گا ، یعنی ایک نفمضمون” کو بار بار ممختلف محکم آیات کی صورتمیں بھی اور متشابہ آیات کی صورت میں دہرایا گیا ہے،یعنی ایک مضمون کو بیسیوںمحکم اور متشابہ آیات میں دہرایا گیا ہے(مثال کے طور پر “خاتم النبیین”کا وہ معنی لیا جائے گا جو محکم آیات کے مطابق ہو گا)

Quesion: How can one differentiate between Muhkam and Mutshaba Ayaat ? Is there a set rule to declare an Ayat as Mutashaba?

Whichever ayaat are about metaphysics or beyond universe are Mutashabihaat. Rest are Muhkamat that belong to our perception and experience.

From bukhari to today's molvis no one can decode why Allah has put muhkm o mutashabeh ayaat in quran. Ye allah nay un logon k munh py thapar maara hy jo apne aapko quran ka aalim kehte hain. Sirf aik hasti nay iska jawab dia hy or uska naam hy Ali ibn e abi talib. Bukhari muslim or Ghamidi jese 1000 lakhom mil kr bhi iska jawab qayamat tak nahi laa saktay.
