This is the MEI hydraulic elevator at 4325 Pheasant Ridge Drive NE in Blaine, MN. I'm not sure if there's another name for this building aside from the address. There is also what I suspect is a nearly identical elevator in the next door building, but I wasn't able to take a video of that one.
