Unfortunately this is not a legit doll. The body is officially made and sold by obitsu company and many chinese bootleg sellers list their knockoffs as "Body-Kun". I believe the head is recasted from nendoroid face. Your repaint is still very pretty. :) I'm just leaving this here, because many doll artists and companies (especially recently) have to put up with recasters stealing their work and it's a quite big problem.

Eh iirc plastic injection mold are quite expensive and you can’t recast a vinyl doll. What are you talking about? Unless this is made from resin.

@@nicnica Well, but you can still make a bootleg, right? I just wanted to point out that 11 cm "body kun" is a copy of obitsu 11 with either obitsu or nendoroid head, for anyone who would want to support the original company and designers. :)

I had no idea it was a recast! I knew it was chinese and the quality lower but had no idea it was a copy of an original design! Such a shame :( still love my tiny though. Will try to avoid getting more Body-kuns in the future

If you want an elastic small enough, try your dentist. There are some small elastic bands that they use on braces that would be a perfect size.

America tried to switch to metric many years ago but it didn't work. I think most of our politicians just wanted a way to say "hey were not like the rest of the world!" And it had kinda hurt our nation in the fact that when we travel or move to a different country we left confused. And the English word for the small bracelet you made is beads or seed beads because of how small they are. :) The little one is so cute!

@@DollMill I wish they would but sadly our politicians wouldn't allow it. We have a small part in our lessons in math about how to convert our numbers to metric but that is about it. It would be nice if our younger generations were not hurt by our politician's arrogance. No problem sometimes I forget words as well and English is my only language lol.

That sounds so stupid, but every time I see your sewing machine, I get so nostalgic, because I had the same as my very first one and I loved it!! she looks really cute! The pink and white gives her such a sweet theme =3 As for the broken legs... idk if others told you before, but, get an Obitsu 11cm body. The head should fit (as the body-kun is pretty much a rip off) and the body is MUCH more sturdy and overall much better quality =)

Hey, that would be real hard work - got my hands on one of those things and their head is made of hard plastic, really thick. Also, the quality of the joints isn't good at all, they tend to break and fall apart even when handled gently. Hope this helps!
