Trust me two weeks is a pretty short time span in software release cycles - keep in mind the fix needs to be solid, not introduce other issues, and needs several days of playtesting to ensure it's working as intended before it gets released. November 15th they had already scheduled an update patch, so it makes a lot of sense to include Mei's wall fix in the same patch.

@@MartinHindenes In Overwatch 1 they never had problems....They would just patch it. Overwatch 2 has been a disaster full of issues and they dont seem to know how fix it.

@@B..P.. I think it has a lot to do with the company structure, it's Activision Blizzard now and Overwatch is no longer just a fun experimental project where they can make changes on the fly like back then.

She's my mein and this made me sad when I found out yesterday. Hopefully she will return without nerfs, she's perfect the way she's balanced right now, barring the wall bugs that need fixing.

Mei deserves a nerf when it comes to damage. Her heal is to good aswell, being able to negate ANY type of damage while healing all of her hp. Ion wanna see ANYBODY saying shes balanced. Spoiler, she's not 😭

@@One-ms1on she's literally the worst dps rn. By the time you 'slow' people, instead of freeze which was the point of her kit, most players will kill you/move away. And with the new mobility passive, it's too easy to poke her and then move away.

They removed her oddly when she's needed most. Yes sombra and genji mains, call it cancer, fact remains we need characters like winston and mei to help keep the flanker heavy meta atm we have in check. Every game I've played since mei got removed the last day has been sombra and genji hell, more so then usual wish they'd just stop removing heroes, I never saw a mei even attempt this glitch unlike bastion.

Although she is needed for some things like flank and anti tank. I do believe she is unbalanced, just likr alot of them heroes. Primarily looking at (sombra, zayra, moira, diva, mei AND MAINLY FUCKEN ROADHOG bro, get rid of him for the sake of everyone's sanity)
