The big thing that everyone seems to be ignoring is that these justices need to have some sort of oversight. Congress needs to create a set of Rules Of Ethics similar to what regular judges must adhere and then they need to enforce them. On the first two things on the list should be reporting requirements and not being allowed to take any bribes.
