1) If anyone shouldn’t be saddled with a sub 12 ounce racket it’s this guy. 2) Levers 3)I’ve never seen a rec player who I want to see fully develop his service potential more than this guy.

Classic club 2 hander :D Lack of loop and no turn/lean in to ball prevents clean hitting.

Yes, one absolutely needs 10 minutes for a quick trip and change of direction :-)

tennis is hard. you think you're in shape just cause you look good but you realise you're not when you get non stop feed for 1 hour. :)

I would think it’s a cardio thing. A lot of muscles and lifting huge waits doesn’t mean you can run a marathon. Tennis way more about endurance and cardio than muscles.
How do I return a big first tennis serve out wide?
