Eventually, Banica (Meiko) recognized Carlos (Kaito), and insisted to not leave her behind. After that, he stayed with her and basically she got pregnant several days later.

It is said that right after Banica ate herself, Elluka had found the child, sleeping in a platter, and they decided to give the child to someone else, and her kid became an ascendant to Germaine Avadonia, aka the red swordswoman from the Daughter of Evil Arc.
