Kaji Meiko is one of the greatest singers of all time, classy, enchanting, mysterious, elegant, irresistible. She's never been properly recognized, but thanks to Tarantino's "Kill Bill" movies, her beautiful voice was presented to the world. My admiration, respect for this lovely lady can't be expressed in mere words. Blessings always from a 67 y/o Texas cowboy.

For Gods Sake, please stop talking about Tarantino, at one point yeah he made people recognize her more, but for true fans kill bill is rubbish...and cheap version of Lady Snowblood. If somebody is charmed by asian culture, he/she knows worth of this singer and old asian movies without Tarantino "art". Because of kill bill a lot of people only focus on her songs not her acting career and old original movies. So stop, please...on every video of her, I see his name. Anyway I congratulate good taste in music ;)

Just so you know blues on japan culture were considered cheap and unwelcome,they were seen as low quality and easy to consume music.Those quotes you put on the art of Tarantino were put on the art of this artist that nonetheless got popular outside of asia because of Tarantino.Heck i dont even like Tarantino,but seeing those quotes makes me feel sick.
