This is the Sakine Meiko version or otherwise known as (LOLI MEIKO MIX) since that's what the producer named it.

nope, this is actually the original version of nostalogic, the producer renamed it as "LOLI MEIKO" Because (compared to the MEIKO SAN) Meiko's voice is too high pitched

Like Angel Morales Hyaboy said, this is actually the original version (2010) which was later dubbed "LOLI-MEIKO MIX" afterwards. The "MEIKO-SAN" mix was made in celebration of MEIKO's 10th anniversary (2014).

Its the point. This was sakine meiko before she was "officially" created. Thats why the song is called nostalogic as well, its about meikos past.
