Mein Dein Sein │ Possessivartikel │ German Possessive Articles

Mein, dein or sein? When do you have to use which German possessive article? And how to decline the Possessivartikel in German?
This video will give you answers to all those questions. First I am going to explain what a German possessive article is, then I will give you a table in which you can see the entire declension of Possessivartikel in Nominativ. As usual we are gonna make some examples in each gender for all different possessive articles. Such as examples for mein, dein, sein, ihr und sein and at the end I have another bonus tip for you which explains you the declension of possessive articles such as meinen, deinen, seinen etc and as well with some examples.

I appreciate that you are pointing out the difference between possessive article and possessive pronomen. I was also surprised seeing this in my textbook and checked the internet and there are plenty of tables with a title "possessive pronomen" but unfortunately they have written in the table articles. The pronomen is used instead of the noun, while the article is used before the noun. Das ist mein Computer. (mein is article) Das ist meiner. (meiner is pronomen) In both situations the noun is masculine. so when one learns the possessive "articles": M/N F/Pl. mein meine dein deine sein seine ihr ihre sein seine unser unsere euer eure ihr ihre one should also know that pronomen is slightly different in masculine and neutral in Nominative, and neutral in Akkusativ, than the article. Pronomen in nominativ: Masc. Neutr. meiner meins deiner deins seiner seins .... and so on.... and pronomen in Akkusativ: Masc. Neutr. meinen meins deinen deins seinen seins... and so on...
