That had an autosave symbol, so it isn't Mein Leben, as Mein Leben is a permadeath run

bro literally showed that he is playing in "I am death incarnate" a second later which is the same as Mein Leben but with no respawns

I don't think the difficulty is i am death incarnate because hell in this difficulty you die if you get one shot.

They're the same, only difference is mein leben has no saves or checkpoints

He is basically trying to say that you should practice this strat and then proceed to do mein leben section. Of course it’s 20% luck as well because the AI in the game is unpredictable sometimes. Major case of trial and error.
