Various reasons. Probably a few are bots or rival bands' fans, some bands/publishers/fans like to actively downvote the competition. Others may dislike the quality, or may be disappointed with how tired the band sounds during a busy tour at the end of their setlist. Others may be fans of previous drummers and be dissatisfied with the current one out of misplaced loyalty or nostalgia goggles. Some just like to downvote every video they watch. A myriad other reasons depending on personal whim. In any case, a dislike positively modifies the video's algorithm status, helping it to get more views.

You're right, it ain't healthy at all. Maybe it's comfy for him because he must be used, but it doesn't mean it's healthy. Ergonomically it's a disaster, specially the height of the snare drum (+ hi hat + ride), wich are too low. In addition he's sitting too low, wich ain't good for his back. You can clearly see an inversion of his lumbar lordosis, wich can lead into vertebral discs issues (not to mention other muscle problems).

Dirk used lots of effect cymbals on Soilwork. Lots of magical sound on the sleeve. Funny How he is way more "Basic" on Megadeth. I thought he would blendahis style a bit more.

You just know he's far too proud and arrogant to get vocal coaching. Hetfield got coaching as soon as he hurt his voice. That's why he STILL sounds good live in his mid 50s plus can reach higher notes than before and still can do massive growls.

David Oakes I believe he has done actually.. Look up the performances of The Conjuring recently.. He sounds outstanding.. It depends on how long they’ve been touring.. Dystopia what a long and packed run man.. The did 250 shows in a year.. For like 2 years.. Metallica play like a show a week.. Barely that.
