I didn't even notice the 1st time ! To be fair - As a drummer myself I always found it easier to stay in time if I just kept my left foot tapping all the 16ths. *Even if it was just on the floor next to the pedal*. Also When I was air drumming - i always used my left foot as the *kick* to build up strength in that foot when I wasnt playing.

we have to be super careful though - of course it feels great as in having imediate feedback but don't get fooled - we love to rush the foot the second our subdivision valls for more notes and all. and just look at what she's playing there. any of that screams for getting off-time but actually her foto is super solid zheoughout - i checked with a metronome. i would recommend filming yourself and review it..i found that tapping my hi hat foot feels good but is actually counter-productive.

I've been drumming for 10 years now, with 8 years of courses in a conservatoire including 5 years of music theory (ugh); Every Anika Nilles had been a pain in the ass to "decrypt" when listening to them, but this one is impossible. I don't even know what time signature it is. Or if there is any. Great job !
