This tutorial is surprisingly beginner friendly! I started crocheting two weeks ago and had almost no difficulties finishing this. I can't thank you enough for specifying so clearly where you are inserting your hook, it makes the whole tutorial so easy to follow!

That is awesome! You sound like a super fast learner. Mei's non-verbal video tutorials give very clear instructions. I've seen others' that weren't as clear even when the instructions were spoken. Anyway, have fun with your new hobby. 😊

First, Your video is great. Shows clearly how to create this lovely cherry blossom. Your style of teaching is good. Slow and easy to see. I appreciate it! :) Second, my only suggestion is written instructions in the description area. Or if you don't or can't do that, maybe adding time stamps that allow your viewers to move to a row so we can go through that step again might be helpful for some :)

I used this as a patch for a knitted cardigain (on the elbow). It worked beautifully! Thank you so much for this tutorial. I also made a smaller version of this flower and put it in the centre of the larger one I made and it looked quite nice!
@alinecarbajal31093 жыл бұрын
Omg, how you made it smaller?😯 help
@daemonofvelaris63813 жыл бұрын
@@alinecarbajal3109 essentially there are two ways to make it smaller. Either you use a thinner weight of yarn and a smaller hook or you reduce the stitch count for each petal. It was a little while ago that I did it so I don't exactly remember, but I think that I just reduced the number of stitches on the base from five to three (so three base loops per petal), and reduced the height by one or two stitches.
