Japanese person here! I really like how the original tone is very much preserved in this translation! The only problem that I have is the lyrics "'This is a mess lol' 'we've heard this before'" is pretty much a mistranslation. The original lyrics show the words "Ussee wa" and "Teinou", which are recent famous titles of music videos sang by Ado, which shows that "when the author of 'nothing's working out' makes a song, it appears like it is repeated and already used". So the more accurate translation to the mood would be "This is a mess, 'Shut up' 'dumb' heard those words (or lyrics) before". And the last lyrics are said by a white shadow figure, telling the protagonist that "you just aren't doing anything" compared to the protagonist thinking so to himself.
