@@plantmom8912 They broke up :( Tsuzuku and Koichi, the vocalist and bassist, left the band a few years ago after Tsuzuku had a breakdown during a concert. They’re now doing solo music & are part of a pop duo called 8P-SB, which is currently taking a hiatus. The two remaining members, MiA the guitarist and Meto the drummer, have technically remained as Mejibray but the band has gone on a likely permanent hiatus and MiA and Meto now do other things (like promote with other music groups and modeling)

I've always interpreted it as: for some reason their partner has left and this song is them realizing how painfully dependend you were on their partner.
