Many thanks to the musical genius of TMR Jr (photos in vid). He surpassed himself this time. I wrote all the riffs and he played guitar, bass, drums, arranged the music and recorded the song in 3 weeks. It's nearly 10 minutes long but there are so many riffs it's well worth the listen.

I hear so much Erich Zann and Principle of Doubt in here. This is amazing! So glad to have found more huge fans of Mekong! That Top 10 (from 10 years ago holy fuck) was great too For a couple months now I've been trying to write tracks in the style of their Kaleidoscope album (kinda like metal Rush) but its so goddamn difficult to get into the mind space of such geniuses. If anything, listening to Mekong just makes you amazing at writing riffs in random time signatures. Much love!

Do you have any samples. Would love to take a listen. We decided after this to make an album which is now complete which we will release in the new year. Will post some of the material soon.

Yeah, Ill be honest, I only have incomplete sections with no complete structure, every time I do write something to fill up a song, I feel like its unworthy of the source material Im basing it on, you know? Its just impossible to get to that songwriting brilliance (and that goes for ANY era of Mekong Delta imo, Erich Zann, Kaleidoscope, Wanderer on the Edge of Time, all the same). That being said, I'd love to hear the album, even if it only has slight influences

@@KonStafylides We have a solo done by Peter Lake, of of the Mekong Delta guitarists. He's brilliant in Theory Of Practice as well. Plus we have a world class solo by Nicolas Alberny from Gorod (Brilliant band).

Do you have any vocals we can hear? We do already have an offer of vocals by the amazing singer from Synaptik (check em out) who really liked the track. We are putting together more tracks with better song structure in mind.

It would be awesome to get some vocals on this. Thought it might be too instrumental for you. We did discuss it (how cool it would be). I'll send original wav file to you. We could also challenge ourselves in writing a song which was more focused on a song rather than an instrumental. Did you spot the part with inspiration from Human Inhuman? :-)
