To simplify a fraction, you can divide the numerator and denominator by the same number. This is called finding the greatest common factor (GCF) of the fraction. So that's why they divided the numerator and denominator by 3 because the numbers 24 and 45 are both divisible by 3.

I have asked the same question to my algebra teacher. I majored in arts but I had to do 1 algebra course for a semester. He said this it's just to remind you that however complicated the problem is there is always a solution as long as u find the right formula. It still doesn't make sense to me until now. 😂😂

Kuya can be used for different reasons and context. It can be used to refer to your real brother or someone you consider to be your real brother. Calling someone “kuya” can also be used toward total stranger. Just to address them politely. It depends. For the video, the boys initially called Mr. Domingo as prof/sir because that is the rule here. We use it as a sign of respect unlike how Americans call their professors in their first name. We dont do that here. For the video, the boys indeed called him “kuya” but it was an inside joke. In the PBB (pinoy big brother), a survival program, when the housemates votes, they use the word “kuya” to refer to the voice of big brother who facilitates the house. Since the boys were voting as well. They imitated the show. Hope this helps😊

You can simplify your answer to a fraction by dividing N and D by Greatest Common Factor. GCF is the biggest number that can divide the Numerator and Denominator and the answer will be whole numbers. Hirap

I think not literally but solving these complex math equations like algebra thought us to analyze and exercises our logical thinking... For me as an entrepreneur, yes, i still sometimes use pemdas but rarely ...fractions yes, but basics, no complex problems whatsoever. Though we have computers, and calculator, i still sometimes computes manually like on our monthly bills so I can still exercise my brain. 😊

No hard set rule or social pressure to call someone kuya for someone that is outside of your immediate family, when someone calls someone kuya its just out of pure courtesy. Its also most commonly used to address someone that is performing some sort of service for you without fully knowing their name I.E. address a taxi driver as kuya. Sb19 probably sees each other as colleagues so there is no use for direct labels of heirarchy despite of the age difference among the members.

No not Kuya... sir or prof... in proper context Robi Domingo (the prof) is the anchor of Pinoy Big Brother (PBB). And the Voice over (owner) of Big Brother house is called Kuya (elder brother) or a sign of respect for older man or "Ate" (big sister)

It’s inappropriate to call the teachers/professors “kuya”. I don’t think the SB19 boys use “kuya” because their age is too close, unless they’re teasing the older one to emphasize his age or when one needs to step up for being older.
