21:53 yeah Melbourne is known to have some very obscure weather patterns. Bit of 4 seasons in 1 day sometimes. Weather patterns tend to have the heat come from west and east, and the oceans in the south carry winds from Antarctica so it can get some quick cold snaps. Not as severe as like, Hobart in Tasmania but with the warmer weather and such it can just come on suddenly.

I live on the same train line as dandenong, half way to the city to dandenong. the trains on the line are the newest and are called HCMT (high capacity metro train) and they came in 2021 and are the best trains on the network, super clean, futuristic and reliable. These train will be running accross town from east to west as a new metro tunnel has opened (for tourist & buisness reasons) and is opening in 2025. Dandenong is rough due to low socio-economic people but is nothing compared to st albans, broadmeadows and frankston hope this helped a bit

Graffiti, Break Dancing, DJing, MCing been here in Melbourne/ Australia since the 80s. Rock Steady Crew came out in the 80s and that was one of the biggest influences in OZ Hip Hop. Yes, punch on means fight. No only east Melbourne hectic. Out here in the west we got hectic hoodz such as Sunshine, Melton, Footscray.
