You asked for it, so here are some fun Zelda facts. Both the Upsmash and Fsmash you can SDI out of. Fastest downsmash in the game. Zelda can Hax dash. upthrow chaingrab works on spacies and falcon until around mid-high percents unless they full DI back, in which it's not guaranteed or not very reactable. Upthrow kick works on spacies and falcon at basically all percents until kill. Downthrow kick is a gimmick on floaties that works unless they DI away. Zelda downsmash is basically Marth dtilt for edguarding. dtilt actually reaches under the stage for edgeguarding but is negative on hit unless they're like over 100. If zelda upBs into the stage there's almost no lag. However, if she upBs and ends in the air then lands there's a full second of landing lag. Lightning kicks are plus on shield. On vanilla melee if you accidentally start as sheik and then change back into zelda to end the game the announcer at the end says 'sheik'. Zelda's airdodge looks the same as her double jump and goes about the same distance, maybe a little further. Bair is actually faster than fair. 12 frame grab as opposed to 7. Zelda's dash attack has two different hitboxes, the front one sends them a little forward and sucks, the one deeper in sends them up and can lead into kick. tipper ftilt sends them backwards but can lead into kick. If you charge needles as sheik and then turn to zelda and die you keep your needles. If zelda spawns on a pokemon stadium platorm at the start of the game and upBs across the stage she'll edge cancel off the side of the other platform.

Yo guys, I really don't want to spoil the party, but I actually think the Ice impression joke was seriously disrespectful this time. You probably cannot relate to that, but for a non native speaker it can be pretty tough to muster up the confidence to speak english on stream or in front of a crowd. I guess as a typical alex running gag it doesn't matter much, because he makes dumb, hilarious jokes about everyone and everything, but mocking the way the guy talks with an "in-depth analysis" with the scale and shit is such a dick move imo, especially based of an interview where he is more articulate than most native speaking smashers. Of course you mean no harm, but imo you should be more thoughtful about the things you say against easy targets. It is pretty bad-mannered and a sign of really tiny balls.

I was never referring to his intelligence, I just said that his jokes are dumb. That is what makes them funny and Alex constantly says that himself, I love Alex's humor, it wasn't meant as an insult at all. The balls part was obviously just an exaggerated way to point out that it is bad taste to make fun of easy targets and I don't think any of those three would be offended by that. I would say that I was pretty polite by youtube/smash community standards, might have come across the wrong way.

Dominik K I don't think the Melee community has been one to lay off on jokes/impressions for fear of offending someone. Despite recent years being softer, we're still tough as nails compared to a lot of other communities. I don't think Ice would be offended, at least not big-time.
