For transparency, How much have you had to personally invest ? My partner and I are currently fixing and flipping.. Every time we sell our flip , we 1031 the money into a property we keep and rent… I’m trying to move to str’s.. We live in Coeur D’ Alene Idaho .. It’s a major vacation destination.. I'm looking for resources to help with growing STR's in a smaller town. We have aome airbnbs in a small artsy town in the Driftless Area in Wisconsin. Challenges are different in a smaller town, cleaners are pricier and resources are limited. Any ideas?
