Meleni Otai | Watermelon drink | TasteoftheSouthPacific

It's summer on this side of the world and what better way to enjoy the weather than to make some Otai! A famous drink that all Polynesians have had and a simple one to make. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 watermelon
1 1/2 cup coconut milk/ 1 can coconut milk
1 1/2 cup water
Fijian breakfast crackers
