The quality has decrease compare to the original dragon line .. would be great a better stand with more details and a different pose from the already 2 dragons from the series ..

It's hard to tell what happened with this figure, but it just isn't screen accurate at all. The head sculpt is odd, and the neck has far too many spikes. The pose they've chosen is just boring and seems a waste, considering we're working with a fire-breathing flying lizard. If they aren't going to give us articulated figures, then I'd appreciate more dynamic poses. I'm frustrated by this line and the previous Game of Thrones dragons because they just miss the mark, and there's so much potential. I wish McFarlane would utilize the IP better. Meleys is my favorite dragon from the show, and I was really hoping they'd do her some justice. Edit: I've just rewatched the video again and noticed that the damn footpegs aren't even flush with the base. Looks like her feet are all wobbly. If I recall, this is an issue that plagued Caraxes as well, possibly Syrax. I remember this being an issue with both Drogon and Rhaegal from the Game of Thrones line as well.

It’s so odd. It’s like they decided to do Syrax and Ceraxes as show-accurate designs but took bunch of artistic liberties with Meleys, down to its box art. Maybe it’s based on old concept art? Wonder how that happened.

Oh, thats not it chief. It looks NOTHING like Meleys, and I can tell they re used the body sculpt of syrax. The wings, legs, and tail is nearly identical(Meleys doesnt have the extra wing membrane attached to her body and tail). What is with that terrible tail pose? Theres too many spikes and it looks terrible. I was excited for the Meleys release, but im passing on this one. 😬

Please yes, caraxes, meleys and sunfyre are the BEST designa SO FAR, and it would be nice to get it in a flying pose, and maybe even a balerion design from some sort of flashback or something one day, maybe someone that saw him alive in viserys time? Would be cool to see that in the show and then made into figure form

Meleys does have spikes, but this model is not even remotely a good reflection of her design in the show. Her spikes are large on her head and then regress into almost pineapple protrusions on her neck. This just looks like someone got overexcited giving her giant spikes, literally everywhere! She doesn’t even have that many running along her back and nowhere near the amount on her shoulders. This model needs amending. At least it was only the eye colours that was wrong on the other two dragons (neither have blue eyes but for some reasons the models do - Syrax is shown with green eyes and Caraxes a muted yellow).

The tail shape is so…no . And too many spikes. I mean great figure but I hope they will make her more similar to the one in the show

Yeah, I was hyped for when her figure would be released, as she's my favorite dragon, but this looks terrible. There's 3rd party figures of her that look much better

​@eugeniogamberoni6348 To me personally, it's disappointing. As the more I look at it, the more I realize it's a re purposed syrax sculpt with add ons. Ive noticed that its syrax's, not Meleys chest too . 🤣
