Omg the first little bit of the video with you saying "no" and falling back asleep is such a mood XD I've been trying to wake up at 5-5:30 and it's literally making me so mad that I can't. So I've been refocusing my attention on other things and on habits I'm able to control (actually been reading Atomic Habits and it's really good if you haven't read it already - definitely recommend!) I don't read much nonfiction normally but trying to get better about that. I love your videos!

This is the first video of yours that I’ve seen and it’s crazy that you talk about picking PT and not deciding to do it because I’m going through the exact same thing! I am finishing my bachelors in exercise science and have been shadowing at a PT office and just recently started to realize how underpaid Pts are as DOCTORS.
