Jim Smith should have retired after this season in my opinion,, wed steadily declined for a while before this ,, lack of signings and relying on the same players. Wanchope, Baiano, Eranio, Sturidge , Stimac etc all long gone before this game,, a average team the following season especially.

They should have stayed at highfield road because it was their spiritual home and the stadium could have just been cleaned up.. it was similar to Hillsbrough which is why Sheff Weds havent moved from there. Ricoh is just a soulless place, its nothing but a music festival type stadium. Ive been and you could clearly hear someone shouting your name from the other side of the ground, its got zero atmosphere the stadium is a plastic soulless 4 walls.
