I'd read that last scene with Gowther saying "I'm Gowther of the Ten Commandments" not that he remembers, but that he's saying it out loud to see if it sounds "right" to him. Remember how Diane was telling him how memories are more than just information, that even if you lose your memories they can etch themselves into your heart and you'll "remember, even if you don't remember"? He was testing that out, trying to see if "owning the claim" felt familiar or resonated in his memories in any way, even if he couldn't _explicitly_ remember the events. Or, either alternatively or alongside that, he was questioning, *could* it be possible that what they claim is true? Like, you go through highschool thinking, "I'm smart, I get good grades, I know what I'm doing, I've got a good handle on things." Then you get to college and things don't quite look so good and solid anymore; you start to question your competency. Then you land a job and start working and you quietly ask yourself one day, "I'm stupid?" I think it's more like that, except without the time-span in-between.

Melascula or how her name is typed, she didn’t revive Elaine and zaratras with the commandment, it’s a magical ability/spell which is why it means that if Elaine is alive, so is she. Also zaratras died when saving dreyfus

What I like with this show is that they don't waste time. Going full throttle when needed, and going slowly when useful to the pace the story, but no stretched/boring moments just to fill the episodes, nor useless fillers.

14:27 - If the person watching pays attention, it's possible to deduce that Melascula is still alive. When Ban fought her and Galand, he destroyed one of her hearts. And when Ban broke her neck, he destroyed five more. Which means that Melascula still has one remaining. As long as a superior demon has at least one functioning heart, he can be restored.

The main reason why the animation from season two to season three changes so drastically is because they changed animation studios. The main reason for this is because the movie did not do so well in the box office, the animation company that originally did the first two seasons of the seven deadly sins Dropped it as an IP and another studio got it because this other studio already had a bunch of other good IP they were pumping out, they halfa$$ it

Neel I’m glad you’re enjoying SDS. I want to warn you though. The next two seasons have a massive drop in quality. By no means is it unwatchable but it’s pretty rough sometimes. The manga looks fantastic, unfortunately the anime does not follow suit. The story is accurate for the next 2 seasons, but the animation left A LOT to be desired.

Neel from here onwards you’ll start getting comments telling you not to watch the next seasons and ‘how bad the animation is’. Don’t listen to those people because whilst the animation drops, people always over exaggerate how bad it really is. The problem is majority of people have the imagine of the early sub episodes in their head, so they don’t even know about the clean up job Netflix did with the Studio to make it look cleaner. Not to mention the story only gets crazier from here on out, so you you’ll be more concentrated on that anyway.
